Interior fit-out, approximately 100,000 sf in downtown Toronto. The Market Hall consists of multiple small kiosks and quick service restaurants from local vendors. Torque was responsible for the construction of the entire space, including the assembly areas. We were able to communicate with the tenant’s construction team and coordinate individual tenant spaces with the landlord’s construction.
