Interior and exterior renovations to existing retail shopping centre, approximately 120,000 sf.
Our scope included the installation of new ceilings and floors throughout the entire shopping centre, replacing two escalators and an elevator cab retrofit, as well as expanding a new scissor lift. A new façade and canopy were also constructed.
Work was completed in phases while shopping centre maintained normal operations.
